The Managing Director 

 A Bachelor of Science in Architecture graduate and at the same time a Bachelor of Science in  Civil Engineering undergraduate at University of San Agustin, Iloilo City, Philippines. He has forty  years of experience in Building Design and Construction both in Vertical and Horizontal, which  make him confident in putting up his business here in New Zealand. Cocoy as he fondly called by his friends and colleague has worked during his younger years in a  construction firm in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as Project Engineer/ Project Architect from 1985 to  1991. Then after he put up his own Design and Build Construction company in Philippines from  1991 to 2008. Thereafter, he decided to work in Papua New Guinea and started as a Project  Manager to Operations Manager and became a General Manager of a construction company  from 2008 to 2012. From 2012 to present he put up a construction business in Papua New  Guinea started and named it PNG Tower Builders Limited which focuses on Architectural  Designs and Building Construction. His Company, PNG TOWER BUILDERS LTD., have various  projects with PNG Government and private individuals and have been well known for the role as an Architect, Project management and Building Contractor. After COVID in 2022, He transferred here in New Zealand and become a resident in April 2022.  He was hopeful that one day he will manage his own business in New Zealand which will focus  on Structural Detailing and Architectural Design. This dream became a reality, on 06 September  2024 he was able to register this company called SILVERSTEEL LIMITED. He is confident with his new team, that they could deliver competitive and affordable services  to their future clients here in New Zealand as well as neighbouring countries such as Australia, Papua New Guinea, as far from his home country the Philippines and other countries. 

The Operation Manager/Senior Structural Detailer

He  trained as draftsman in  2008 -2009 and he became an independent 

draftsman from 2014 until the present.He came aboard with more than a decade of

experience in structural steel detailing in Australia and New Zealand. He was a graduate

of computer science.

He also developed precised structural drawings for a variey of projects, including

residential and commercial buildings, with StruCAD. HE collaborated with

engineers, architects, and fabricators to accurately interpret design specifications and codes.

He prepared shop drawings and fabrication details for steel buildings to ensure compliance with 

industry standards.

  The Mid-Level Steel Detailer/Electronics and Communication Engineer

  He began working as a junior detailer at MJ Leonard Engineering in order to expand his skill set. His eagerness to learn and willingness to work qualified him to take on additional responsibilities within the team. Atila is presently working on his own projects under the supervision and direction of his seniors, who are preparing him to work alongside the clients shortly.
 

Atila also takes the lead in organizing and overseeing every aspects of computer assistance in the office.STRUCAD is one of the major tool he used for all parties involved in Structural Supply Chain.
 

To wrap up a busy day. Atila enjoys all forms of physical activity

because it has been shown to increase brain health and ability to perform daily tasks. He prefers to spend his weekends outdoors, riding his big bike.

Architectural Designer/Draftsman

He has an extensive years of experience in the Architectural field. His passion lies on design and thrive in creatinf innovative solutions that meet the clients needs.

He holds a degree in Architecture from Univ.of Southern Philippines and have worked with various companies both in Philippines and New Zealand..His journey allowed him to

collaborate with diverse teams,enhancing  his skills in design and building.In his free time ,he enjoys fishing and painting which helps him to be creative and inspired.
